This mattress pad really lives up to the Good Housekeeping cooling claim — I stopped waking up sweaty in the middle of the night. The fabric feels noticeably cooler against my skin, and it’s not too thick or crinkly at all. A solid upgrade for hot sleepers.

The cooling effect is real—I’ve stopped waking up sweaty on warm nights. My only small gripe is it’s a bit thin compared to thicker pads I’ve used.
